Our experienced and professional caregivers are among the highest trained anywhere. CEMS paramedics are licensed by the State of Michigan and have certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) and Critical Care from the University of Baltimore.
We utilize advance technology from Pinpoint (Zoll Data Systems) Computer Aided Dispatch systems.

Our crews utilized state-of-the-art medical equipment like 12 lead EKG capable LifePak 12’s, portable ventilators and volumetric pumps.
In late 2006, CEMS upgraded to new Stryker cots and cutting edge high visibility EMS jackets for superior safety.

CEMS was the first to have Critical Care services, 12 Lead EKG’s and cardiac pacing in Berrien and Van Buren counties. We were the first to require that all full-time paramedics be certified in ACLS, PALS and BTLS.
