Mr. Brian Balow, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Balow has 25 years of EMS experience including 2 years as a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and 22 years as a licensed Paramedic in the state of Michigan. During most of that time, Mr. Balow was the Executive Director of CEMS Medical Transport and had responsibility for all operational facets of emergency and non-emergency transportation operations including budgets, scheduling, dispatch, billing, collections. Mr. Balow holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Ms. Cassie Sikes, President

Ms. Sikes has 22 years of EMS experience including 3 years as a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the state of Michigan and over 18 years of operational experience in EMS dispatching, billing and administration. Ms. Sikes has held numerous positions on the Board of Directors of CEMS Medical Transport including the positions of Secretary, President and Chairperson. Ms. Sikes is the founder and Executive Director of the SPECIAL (Suicide Prevention Education Crisis Affirming Life) Task Force and has organized 15 state agencies in the fight against suicide among adolescents and seniors. Ms. Sikes co-authored the “Got the Blues” booklet, a tool for elderly suicide prevention used in numerous Michigan communities and adopted by the State of Colorado. Cassie has presented to over 40,000 youth and seniors, as well as held training for Police, EMS, Fire, school counselors, nurses, and community mental health professionals.

Mrs. Amy Oosterlinck, Executive Director

Mrs. Oosterlinck has 10 years of practical EMS experience and currently practices in the field today. Mrs. Oosterlinck is certified in ACLS, PALS, BTLS, and Critical Care. Mrs. Oosterlinck is currently the Executive Director at CEMS Medical Transport, overseeing daily ambulance operations, supervising crews, ensuring high quality patient care and customer satisfaction. Mrs. Oosterlinck has experience in operational areas such as dispatch.

Ms. Marie Eisbrenner, Operations Manager

Marie Eisbrenner has 15 years of practical EMS experience and continues to practice in the field today. Ms. Eisbrenner is an American Heart Association BCLS Instructor, PALS & ACLS Instructor, and has certifications in ACLS, PALS, ITLS and Critical Care. Ms. Eisbrenner is responsible for
overseeing daily ambulance operations, supervising crews, ensuring high quality patient care and customer satisfaction. Ms. Eisbrenner also oversees the company's QA department and reviews patient run forms to ensure the highest quality of patient care is being administered. Ms. Eisbrenner has experience in operational areas such as billing, collections and dispatch.
